THE CASA DE DOM INACIO JOHN OF GOD SPIRITUAL HEALER AND PSYCHIC SURGEON The Casa de Dom Inácio is a healing centre set in the gently rolling hills of Goiàs, in a little town called Abadiânia, approximately 120 km west of Brasilia. This is the place where, in 1978, João was directed by his spirit entities to establish a healing centre built on a bed of crystal and where many powerful natural energies are available to assist in the healing work. It is here that every Wednesday morning at 8:00am the work starts. Hundreds assemble in the Casa assembly hall to open the work with prayer and meditation. It is important not to cross your arms or legs since this will cut the energy flow in the body and so diminish the current (the energy flow linking different people) which the entities use to perform their healing work. Then, shortly after 8:00am, people who are scheduled to have an operation, enter the current rooms to be guided to the operation room. At this point, they are given the choice to undergo visible or invisible operation, the former involving a physical procedure and the latter being a spiritual intervention without any surgical instruments. People who elect for an invisible operation sit and wait in the operation room with their eyes closed, allowing the entities to work on them, until João in entity announces that the operation is completed. Meanwhile, dozens if not a hundred or more mediums in the current rooms are meditating to raise the vibration of the current, keeping it strong, which allows João to incorporate more easily and allows the entities to do their work. The work of the casa is unique in that all cooperate in their own healing. The entities assist with their skills and compassion, we give and receive of our own energy and in so doing, become active participants in our own healing. This is most obvious in the first, also known as the medium's current room. The medium's current room is the first room people enter when they stand in line to bring their questions and photos of loved ones in front of the entity. In this room, people experience an initial cleansing as administered by the entities. When people come from the world, they often carry dense layers of energy with them which are at times the result of years of suffering. Here, the entities use the energy of the sitting mediums to cleanse and to lighten the energy field of those who are in line. The work of the mediums in the first current room is essential and has been likened to that of a spiritual washing machine. They contribute energy for the healing of their fellow human beings standing in line, in turn they are being healed by the entities; it is a case of giving and receiving energy with very beneficial effects on one’s karma. Then the participants

through the second current room, the Entity’s current room,
where they will meet with João in entity and they will have
an opportunity to present him with their questions and photos. When one
finally approaches the entity, he will scan your energy field in a
matter of seconds, knowing in that instance the details of your present
condition as well as past circumstances that contributed to it. With
unconditional love, he will consider your questions in a manner that is
most conducive to your healing. Many times, he will simply say,
“sit in my current” or “do your
work”. For many people, this is a big disappointment as they
come with detailed questions about their illnesses, that in most cases,
the entity seemingly does not consider. However, you can be assured
that the entities know fully the conditions of your current situation
and are addressing them. But they are doing so in a manner that will
not obstruct with your own healing. The entities know the power of the
mind, and in most cases do not wish for you to focus on the problem as
that will only continue to direct energy to it. By repeating the
importance of a positive attitude; one that is characterized by a
healthy acceptance, faith and surrender of the problem to a higher
power, they are gently pushing you in a direction of change at the
level of your soul. It's a good place to spend most of your time sitting, relaxing, or meditating. The spirits are around and at the Casa and the Pousada's all the time, protecting and healing. Spend as much time as you possibly can on the grounds and in the assembly room at the Casa de Dom Inacio. Spend as much time as possible being quiet and contemplative as possible. Stay away from the "gossip tables" at the Pousada's. The Casa is a place where you can be in pure energy and experience inner peace. Saturday through to Tuesday is for being on the Casa grounds in the energy of the spirits, resting, crystal baths, and going to the Sacred Waterfall. Plan on being in the healing energy of the Casa when not eating or sleeping to gain the most benefit from your time in Abadiania. The spirits are there all the time working on you. Every night at 8pm in the Assembly Room are Portuguese prayers. Great energy to sit in, with eyes closed. IMPORTANT NOTE: As with all healing, there is no guarantee of a cure, the amount of healing experienced at the Casa varies remarkably from individual to individual. The time frame for healing can also not be predicted, some are instantly healed, while others wait for many years. This is not surprising given that spiritual healing depends, apart from one’s merit and faith, above all on the cooperation of the patient to the treatment (following the rules) and his or her commitment to personal change (lifestyle, diet and moral improvement).
